I can’t help it. I’m a naturally organized person. I like to clean (it’s my favorite thing to do when I’m stressed) and I like to organize things. I enjoy it so much that I began to help my friends with their organizational challenges. This is when I realized that not everyone got the same neatness gene that I did.
I spent a number of years working in account and project management for companies large and small, which sharpened my organizational skills. My earlier career experience as a graphic designer and art director propelled me toward environmental aesthetics. Through these work experiences, I honed my artistic eye and cultivated an appreciation (some might say obsession) for organization.
Helping friends arrange their homes turned into a passion–and a profession. Combining my twin loves of organization and design, I built a successful business during the years I lived in the San Francisco bay area. With a new business name, in my newly adopted city of Portland, Oregon, I’m excited to be continuing what I love most!
